This 2 hour online workshop is for anyone dealing with noise complaints from plant and industrial sites. It gives delegates the practical tools they can use to identify the precise causes of noise complaints quickly and accurately - and to evaluate the best control options.
It includes:
- The psychological factors and key noise issues that determine to the likelihood of complaints
- Making on-site and off-site smartphone recordings to ID sources
- How to use free apps and/or FFT noise analysis software to review and analyse audio recordings
- How to interpret the results to identify the precise cause(s) of complaints, e.g. a fan, a heat pump component, HVAC, chiller, gearbox, motor, transformer, boiler, burner, etc.
- Use the diagnosis to determine the optimum, best practice noise control options (with our help)
The workshop includes multimedia examples and case studies of the most common noise issues. There's also the opportunity for delegates to pick the brains of an internationally acclaimed expert.
